Webinar Recording: How to Calibrate Differential Pressure Flowmeters

 

This ISA co-hosted webinar on differential pressure flowmeter calibration was presented by Nicole Meidl, multivariable transmitter expert at EmersonNed Espy, technical director at Beamex, and Roy Tomalino, professional services engineer at Beamex. In this webinar, experts examine the complexity of testing popular multivariable differential pressure cells that provide a compensated flowmeter output based on differential inches of water (inH2O), static (psia) and temperature (RTD) variables. While this smart instrument can make a very accurate measurement, it is often a “mystery” as to how to properly check and calibrate the meter in the field.

Roy Tomalino has been teaching calibration management for 14 years. Throughout his career, he has taught on four different continents to people from over 40 countries. His previous roles include technical marketing engineer and worldwide trainer for Hewlett-Packard and application engineer with Honeywell. Today, Roy is responsible for all Beamex training activities in North America.
