Students - Are you a Solutioneer?

Our friends over at JMP Engineering are holding a contest for students to use their ingenuity and craftiness and compete to become a Solutioneer :-).

What is a Solutioneer you may ask?

A Solutioneer is a problem-solver; someone who accepts a challenge or who has earned recognition for resolving a difficult dilemma

We first heard about this contest on Twitter, and Leanne Tillaart (JMP) was kind enough to share a little more information on it.

First, visit:

Then you need to take the challenge!  The program sets up a specific challenge that will force you to use your creativity.  Come on, we all watch SurvivorMan and the like, how crafty can you be?

There are some great prizes, make sure to check it out!  A JMP Panel will assess Top Solutions to award prizes considering:

  • Creativity
  • Resourcefulness
  • Problem Solving
  • Practicality
  • Logic
  • Conciseness

Good luck!!  This program is open until the end of 2012.
